Payment Methods

Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa accepts the following methods of payment online: Visa, MasterCard and PayFast.

Order processing

Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa only accepts orders via the website ordering process, and does not accept orders via telephone, telefax or email. All prices are inclusive of 14% VAT. An order for goods is accepted at the time of entering of your credit or debit card details.

Payment will be validated and accepted at real time. Garments purchased are subject to availability. If the item/s you have ordered is/are out-of-stock or delayed, you will be notified within two (2) working days whether Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa is unable to fulfill your order, payment will be refunded to the credit, debit or cheque card account used to process the transaction.

Delivery Charges and Methods

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Sandton, South Africa, on the following business day for all orders received electronically by 12pm each day, and will take approximately 2-7 working days for delivery via courier service within South Africa. Courier prices are shown on the payment confirmation and are calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the goods. Prices are VAT inclusive. The courier service can deliver anywhere in South Africa. Unfortunately, we are unable to process international orders.

Once you have received your order, it is advisable to immediately inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred during transportation. It is normal for the package to show some wear, however, if any damage had occurred, kindly contact our sales team immediately at sales@brasilfit.co.za. Please have your order or invoice number available.

One exchange per order will be allowed. Thereafter, all courier services will be for your account should there be any further exchanges.

Changes to your Order

Once you have clicked “process payment” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to it. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them sent to you as soon as possible. 
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please send an email immediately to sales@brasilfit.co.za and refer to your order/invoice number. Kindly specify the changes you would like made.

Product Assurance

Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa endeavours to display the colours of Brasilfit garments as accurately as possible on our website, however, the visible colours may depend on the resolution and colour adjustments on your monitor. Under the circumstances, there is no guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements specified are estimates, and every endeavour is made to ensure the accuracy thereof.

Furthermore, all reasonable care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our website. Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa reserves its right to reject orders where product information was inadvertently advertised in error. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are advertised inclusive of 14% VAT and are charged for in South African Rands.

Online / Store Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item for exchange, please return the item/s within fourteen (14) days from original dispatch together with the original sales receipt and copy of the purchase order. Goods must be returned unworn to our Retail Showroom at Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa, c/o Pure Motion Studios, Upper Level, Morningside Shopping Centre, Cnr Rivonia & Outspan Roads, Morningside, Sandton. Kindly note that items purchased online or at our Retail Showroom can only be returned to us. No exchanges will be made at Brasilfit outlets and/or agents for online order purchases. One exchange per order will be allowed. Thereafter, courier services will be for your account.

Please ensure that the goods returned are received hassle-free. Acceptance of returned goods is subject to the goods being inspected at our warehouse and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original, unworn and undamaged condition.

For hygienic purposes, when trying on garments please ensure that you do so over your own underwear. Items marked with makeup and/or items smelling of perfume, will be rejected. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the return being rejected when inspected by our quality control team. Kindly do not remove any labels, swing tags or accessories until you are happy with your purchase. Doing so may invalidate the acceptance of your return. It is suggested that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns and either insure your delivery for safe return to Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once the garments have been received and inspected. You will be contacted by a team member to receive your credit card details if necessary in order to process the refund. 
Free shipping on replacement items applies for local exchange. Exchanges and refunds may then take up to 5 working days after receiving the items. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the exchange or refund has been processed.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding delivery (when applicable). Once the refund has been processed, a copy of the receipt will be sent to you by email.

Faulty Items

Garments are inspected before packing to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. However, should you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly contact Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa immediately. Please send your faulty items together with the, original receipt and order, and return it to Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa, c/o Pure Motion Studios, Upper Level, Morningside Shopping Centre, Cnr Rivonia & Outspan Roads, Morningside, Sandton within fourteen (14) days. Kindly note that items purchased online or at our Retail Showroom can only be returned to us. No exchanges will be made at Brasilfit outlets and/or agents for online order purchases.

Goods will be assessed by our quality control and you will be contacted by a team member. Process may take up to 5 working days after receiving goods.

It is recommended that you use a tracking delivery method for all returns and also insure your delivery for safe return to Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa. Please ensure to declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely covered should the shipment be lost or damaged in transit. Should you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

If goods are deemed faulty, a refund, credit note, or exchange will be available. The process may take up to 7 working days.

Swimwear

Due to health and hygienic reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned, however you may be entitled to an exchange, refund or credit note where goods are faulty.

Sale Items

All sale items purchases are final and no exchanges, credit notes or refunds will be made except in the case of faulty garments. Sale items cannot be combined with any other discount promotion. No extra discounts apply.

Special Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, discounts and special offers are run online periodically. Promotions are exclusive to online members. To redeem an offer online the promotional code where applicable must be entered on the checkout page. A successful code will apply the discount or free gift with purchase to the order summary. Please note that all promotions are automated and we cannot take responsibility for an order where the code has not been applied at the time of purchase.

Promotional Gift Vouchers (free)

Promotional Gift Vouchers are vouchers offered by Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa as a gift from time-to-time, and are redeemable online on full priced merchandise only. Promotional Vouchers are not valid when purchasing paid Gift Cards / Vouchers. They are not redeemable for cash, and must be concluded in one transaction and not in combination with any other offer. One voucher per transaction only, and expired vouchers will not be accepted. Specific terms and conditions will apply to each promotion containing a free voucher.

Style IQ | Brasilfit South Africa may at its own discretion amend these terms and conditions periodically by posting it on the website, and as such will be effective as at that date. The terms and conditions outlined herein may be amended periodically without notice, and will apply to orders placed effective as at the date of amendment.
