How to measure yourself
When you measure yourself, ensure that the tape measure is flat and not twisted, and always make sure that it does not cut into or squash the area you are measuring. All measurements should be taken without clothing.
Bust |
Place tape measure around the widest part of your bust. |
Waist |
Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bones |
Hips |
Place tape measure around your hip bones |
Bum |
Place measuring tape around the widest part of your bottom |
Thigh |
Place tape measure around the widest part of your thigh |
Calf |
Place tape measure around the widest part of your calf |
Ankle |
Place tape measure around the narrowest part of your ankle |
