Shipping is free on the replacement item, for local exchanges. Exchanges and Refunds may take up to 14 working days after stock is received into our warehouse. Refunds do not apply to sale items.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse (located in Sandton, South Africa) within 2 working days of being placed and will take approximately 2-7 working days for delivery via courier service within South Africa. Courier prices are shown on the payment confirmation and are calculated according to the weight of goods. Prices are VAT inclusive. The courier service can deliver anywhere in South Africa.
